摘要
目的比较4种干预方法对于高原边防军人慢性疲劳综合征(CSF)的干预效果,为其实际应用提供基础资料。方法选取进驻海拔4000 m左右某高原边防部队中入伍6个月以上男性新兵186名进行调查,根据国际制定CFS的诊断标准,对可疑的CFS患者进行回访以明确诊断,筛查出CFS患者52名,将其中40名作为研究对象。随机分为5组,每组8名,除对照组外,其余4组分别施于吸氧、补充乳清蛋白、口服红景天及综合方法(复合上述3种方法)。用多维疲劳量表(MFI-20)于干预前、干预1周后、干预2周后进行评分。结果高原边防军人CFS的检出率为28.0%。干预2周后,综合干预组,综合疲劳、体力疲劳、活动减少、动力下降、脑力疲劳的评分均明显低于干预前(P<0.05,P<0.01),蛋白干预组综合疲劳、体力疲劳、脑力疲劳评分均明显低于干预前(P<0.01);药物干预组动力下降评分明显低于干预前(P<0.05)。结论口服红景天和乳清蛋白在改善慢性疲劳症状方面具有一定的作用,复合吸氧干预效果尤为显著。
Objective To investigate the intervention effects of 4 different measures on chronic fatigue syndrome( CFS) of border troops on the plateau,so as to provide the basis for its application in the future. Methods A total of 186 male soldiers who have joined the army more than 6 months at an altitude of 4000 meters were picked up as respondents. According to the international CFS diagnostic standards,CFS self- assessment forms were used to screen suspicious CFS,then a return visit for 52 suspicious respondents was made by a psychologist,at last,40 plateau border soldiers were divided into 5 groups: 1 control group,the other 4 groups separately intervened by oxygen inhalation,supplement of whey protein,supplement of Rhodiolarosea and comprehensive intervention( oxygen,whey,Rhodiolarosea intervention at same time). The Multidimensional Fatigue Inventory( MFI-20) forms was used to assess fatigue before the intervention,after 1 and 2 weeks of intervention. Results The detection rate of CFS of plateau border soldiers was 27. 9%. After 2 weeks of intervention,the scores of general fatigue,physical fatigue,reduced activity,reduced motivation,and mental fatigue were significantly lower than those before intervention in comprehensive intervention group( P〈0. 01,P〈0. 05). The scores of general fatigue,physical fatigue,and mental fatigue were significantly lower than those before intervention in whey protein group( P〈0.01,P〈0. 05). The score of reduced motivation was significantly lower than that before intervention in Rhodiolarosea group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Oral supplement of Rhodiolarosea and whey protein can play a role in relieving the fatigue. The comprehensive intervention( combination of Rhodiolarosea,whey protein and oxygen inhalation) has obvious effect on chronic fatigue syndrome.
