CTMAB增敏达旦黄快速测定食品中微量铁

Fast determination of trace iron in food by titan yellow with CTMAB as the sensitizer

摘要 研究了在酸性Tris-盐酸缓冲介质和表面活性剂溴化十六烷基三甲基铵(CTMAB)存在下,达旦黄与Fe(Ⅲ)反应的共振瑞利散射光谱。体系的最大共振散射峰位于波长380 nm处,散射强度(│ΔIRRS│)与0.0050.12 mg/L范围的Fe(Ⅲ)呈线性关系,检出限(3sb/S)为0.0028 mg/L。方法用于面制食品中铁的测定,回收率为98.5%103%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为0.8%1.2%。 The resonance rayleigh scattering spectra of interaction of Fe(Ⅲ) and titan yellow was studied.In an acidic Tris-HCl buffer medium and in the existence of the surfactant cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTMAB).The maximum resonance scattering peak was located at 380 nm for Fe(Ⅲ) and titan yellow system.The scattering intensity(│ΔIRRS│)was directly proportional to the mass concentration of Fe(Ⅲ) in the range of 0.005 mg/L to 0.12 mg/L with the detection limit(3sb/S) being 0.0028 mg/L.The method has been applied to the determination of iron in flour foods with values of recovery and RSD(n=6) found were in the ranges of 98.5%103% and 0.8%1.2% respectively.
