热等静压对3D打印新型镁合金组织与性能的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Hot Isostatic Pressing on Microstructure and Properties of 3D Printing New Magnesium Alloys

摘要 采用热等静压工艺,对3D打印新型Mg-8Al-0.5Zn-0.3Sr-0.1Y镁合金进行热致密化处理,并对热等静压前后合金的组织与性能进行对比分析。结果表明:该合金经热等静压处理后,组织明显细化,合金内部孔隙得以消除,其致密度、力学性能和耐磨损性能得到明显提高;抗拉强度增加26.1%,屈服强度增加35.4%,断后伸长率增加60.7%,冲击吸收功增加52.9%,磨损体积减小44.3%。 By hot isostatic pressing process, the 3 D printing new Mg-8 A1-0.5Zn-0.3 Sr-0.1Y magnesium alloy was hot densi- fication treated, and the microstructure and properties of the alloy before and after the hot isostatic pressing were tested with the comparison and analysis. It was found that after hot isostatic pressing treatment, the microstructure of 3D printing new Mg-SA1-0.5Zn-0.3Sr-0. 1Y magnesium alloy was obviously refined to eliminate the internal pores of the alloy,and the com- pactness, mechanical properties and wear resistance performance were greatly improved. The tensile strength of hot isostatic pressing 3D printing new magnesium alloy increased by 26. 1% ,35.4% increase in yield strength ,60. 7% increase in break elongation,52. 9% increase in impact absorption power,44. 3% decrease in the wear volume than those before the hot iso- static pressing.
