摘要
安全文化建设的关键是安全文化落地。为了研究建筑工人的流动性特征对安全文化落地的影响机理,促进安全文化落地工作的实施,引入了安全培训和安全文化认同两个中介变量,构建建筑工人流动对安全文化落地影响的理论模型。通过设计问卷、实地走访施工工地进行数据搜集,采用结构方程(SEM)对所构建的理论模型进行验证,得到结论:建筑工人流动对安全培训、安全文化认同和安全文化落地均有显著的负向关系,建筑工人流动性越大,安全文化落地工作越难进行。
Safety culture landing is the key of the construction of safety culture. In order to study the influence mechanism by the liquidity of construction worker on construction culture landing, and promote the implementation of safety culture landing, two mediating variables including safety training and safety culture identity were introduced, and a theoretical model about the liquidity of construction worker impact on construction culture landing was build. The data were collected by questionnaire, field visits to the construction site. The structural equation model (SEM) was adopted to conduct theoretical verification. The conclusion was the liquidity of construction worker Showed a significant negative relationship on safety training, safety culture identity, and safety culture landing. The greater liquidity of construction workers, the more difficult the implementation of safety culture landing.
