民族地区职业教育：亟待加强的研究领域--加强民族地区职业教育研究的现实必要性

On the Necessity of Strengthening Vocational Education Research in Ethnic Minority Areas

民族地区职业教育是带动民族地区经济发展的火车头，是改善民族地区劳动者素质的重要教育体系。从我国现实情况来看，民族地区职业教育的发展还处于较低水平。从我国民族地区职业教育的现实情况来看，由于存在民族地区职业教育理论建构不足、民族地区社会实践对职业教育的需求增加，以及国际组织、国家政策对民族地区职业教育的大力支持等原因，加强民族地区职业教育研究有其现实必要性与紧迫性。

The development of vocational education is the locomotive for economic development in minority areas as well as the education system for improving the the quality of workers in ethnic minority areas. From the reality of China, the development of vocational education in minority areas is still at a low level. From the realistic situation of vocational education in ethnic minority areas of China, because of the lack of theoretic construction, the increasing demand for vocational education and the strong support of the international organizations and national policies, it is necessary and urgent to strengthen research on vocational education in ethnic minority areas.
