Higher Vocational Colleges Development in Ethnic Regions in the 13th Five-Year Plan: Reality and Countermeasures

"十二五"期间,国家和地方政府重视民族地区高职教育,民族地区高职教育得到快速发展,层次与结构得到进一步优化。"十三五"期间,民族地区高职院校面临新的发展要求和机遇,也存在一些困难和问题。建议制定民族地区扶持政策,加快基础设施建设;完善现代职业教育制度,实现产教深度融合;加强高职院校专业建设,突出民族地区特色;推进教育教学模式改革,提高人才培养质量。

In the 12 th Five-Year Plan, the governments at all levels attached great importance to higher vocational education in ethnic regions, and the level and structure of higher vocational colleges in ethnic regions was further optimized.In the 13 th Five-Year Plan,Ethnic Regions Higher Vocational Colleges face to new development requirements and opportunity,but there are still some difficulties and problems.Development foundation and characteristics of Ethnic Regions Higher Vocational Colleges are not completely consistent, but still there is in common about development.On the basis of‘Decision of the State Council on Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education＇,‘Construction Planning of Modern Vocational Education System＇, therefore can induce Ethnic Regions Higher Vocational Colleges development Outlines, summary some development countermeasures.
