摘要 职教集团中包括职业院校、企业、行业组织、政府部门等若干成员,他们参与集团的目的、拥有的资源、服务的定位等都存在差异并彼此关联、相互作用,作为基本要素共同构成了职教集团复合体,并服从于职教集团系统的整体目的功能。职教集团作为一个系统,运行依赖于其特有的模式、体制和工作规范,并体现出整体性、目的性、协同性等一般系统的性质特点。从职教集团的目的与功能出发,全面考虑成员单位的资源与利益需求,围绕集团目标,整合资源、协调创新、协同发展,是保障集团合作共赢、稳定发展的基本要求。 The vocational education group includes vocational schools, enterprises and trade organizations, government departments and so on. They have many differences such as participating in the group with the purpose, owing the resources, service orientation and so on, but they are also interrelated and interactive for each other. As the basic elements they combine to make the vocational education group, while they are also subject to the overall purpose function of vocational education group system. Vocational education group as a system, its operation depends on its unique pattern, system and work ethic, and embodies the integrity, objectivity and collaborative nature of the general system characteristics, etc. From the purpose and function of vocational education group, fully considering the resources of the member units and interests demand, integrating resources around the group goal, coordinating innovation and collaborative development, are basic requirements to guarantee win-win cooperation and stable development of vocational education group.
