地方高校转型背景下旅游管理专业应用型人才培养模式探讨——以吉林省为例

基于吉林省旅游产业的发展及国家对普通高校转型的要求,高校旅游管理专业必须建立起贴近市场的应用型人才培养模式。其具体路径为,以岗位设置和能力分析为基础构建人才培养的课程体系,采取灵活的教学方式与手段,并构建岗位驱动的实践教学模式。同时,为应用型人才培养模式的实施,制定保障措施。

Based on the development of tourism industry in Jilin province and the national requirements for the transformation of ordinary colleges and universities, the applied talents training mode pressing close to the market must be established in tourism management specialties of colleges and universities. The specific paths are, to build the course system of personnel training on the basis of post setting and capacity analysis, adopt flexible teaching methods and means, and build post-driven practice teaching mode. At the same time, for the implementation of the applied talents training mode, it is important to draw up safeguard measures.
