摘要
随着经济的发展,商科人才的需求量也将越来越大。但目前我国商科职业教育制度的不完善,使得我国商科人才缺口大。商科职业教育公司化,即将学生员工化、班级公司化、管理企业化,要让学生在学校期间便有机会了解公司运营并深入实践,培养学生的综合能力与实践能力,帮助学生尽早了解公司运营模式,训练员工精神。
With the development of economy, the demand for business talents will be more and more urgent. However, China＇ s current business education system is not perfect, which makes our business talent gap. The business education corporatization mode, which is the student being staff, the class being company, management corporatization, lets the student have the opportunity to understand the company operating mechanism and be an intern of the company during the university period, and cultivate their comprehensive ability and practical ability, so as to help the students to understand the company operating mode and train their staffspirits.
