职教师资素养的培养方案设计是一个系统化的过程。在确定职教师资素养培养方案的过程中,首先要确立职教师资素养培养目标,在此基础上构建课程体系和实施方式,并建立由宏观指导、协调管理和组织实施三级管理体制,同时在师资队伍、实习实训环境等方面加强建设,以为职教师资素养培养工作提供保障。

Designing the scheme for literacy cultivating of vocational education teachers is a systematized process. In the process of determining the scheme for literacy cultivating of vocational teachers, it is necessary to firstly establish the cultivating goal, then build a unique curriculum system and the implementing way based on that, establish the three-level managing system of guiding at macro level, coordinating and managing as well as organizing and implementing, meanwhile strengthen the construction of teaching staff and the internship and practical training environment, so as to guarantee the literacy cultivating of vocational education teachers.
