摘要
标准化作为一种现代管理方法和治理机制,对实现义务教育公共服务均衡、提升义务教育质量、促进教育公平具有重要意义。本文从公共服务供给的视角出发,以多中心理论为基础,围绕政府、学校、教师、学生、家长和社会六个维度构建了义务教育公共服务标准化指标体系的框架,以为地方义务教育发展提供新的思路和工具。
As a modern management method and governance mechanism, standardization is significant in realizing the equality of compulsory education and improving the quality of compulsory education. Based on the polyeentrie system theory, from the perspective of public service supply, in order to provide a new approach and tool to assess local compulsory education public service, this paper proposed a standardized indicators system for the assessment of local compulsory education public service from six dimensions: government, schools, teachers, students, parents and society.
