摘要
笔者采用FENTON氧化法降油剂废水的COD值,研究了亚铁离子与双氧水配比、沉降时间、pH值和温度等因素对废水COD值的影响以及管式反应器连续化降废水COD值的效果。结果表明FENTON氧化法能高效、快速降高含量COD值废水,同时设计的管式反应器可以连续化将废水COD值从12 500 mg/L降到500 mg/L以下。
This paper introduced the method of reducing the COD value of oil wastewater by FENTON oxidation process,and the ratio of reagents,sedimentation time,pH value and temperature on the effect of wastewater COD value were described in detail.The result showed FENTON oxidation process could be efficient and fast to reduce the high wastewater COD value,and the continuous tubular reactor facilities could reduce the COD value from12 500 mg/L to below 500 mg/L.
