阐述了110 kV配电网中性点经小电阻接地技术的应用背景,说明了武钢防城港钢铁基地110kV系统中性点接地方式的选择依据和小电阻接地系统设备选型的基本原则,探讨了采用中性点经小电阻接地方式后对供电可靠性地影响等内容。
The background of application of low resistance grounding at neutral point of the 110 k V power distribution grid is presented. The selection basis for the 110 kV distribution system at Fangchenggang Steel Base of Wuhan Steel and the basic principle for equipment type selection of the small resistance system are explained. The effect of adopting neutral point low resistance grounding mode on the reliability of power supply is also discussed.
