摘要
本文基于汤森路透2014年发布的高被引科学家名单，收集了入选该名单的111名中国大陆科学家的履历信息，对中国大陆高被引科学家的群体特征现状，包括年龄结构、学历教育状况以及职业发展状况等进行了详细分析，解析了中国大陆高被引科学家数旦I陕速增长的原因。
Basing upon the list of the Highly Cited Researchers 2014 published by Thomson Reuters, we collect all the resumes of the 111 highly cited researchers in China's Mainland, analyze the age structure, education experience and career development of this group, and discuss why the number of highly cited researchers in China's Mainland rises rapidly in the past 10 years.
