高职会展专业人才培养模式对策研究——以天津商务职业学院为例

On the Training Mode of MICE Talents——Taking Tianjin College of Commerce as an Example

随着我国会展行业的迅猛发展,会展专业人才培养日益受到关注。目前,高职院校在会展专业人才培养中仍存在诸多问题,亟需在人才培养方案、课程体系、师资队伍建设、实训实习基地建设、行业指导等方面进行创新改革,积极推进专业课程内容与职业标准对接,通过校企合作建立实训基地,建立多层级高素质的师资队伍,搭建会展教育产学合作联盟,建立行业指导专业建设和人才培养的机制,以适应会展行业对专业型人才的需要。

With the rapid development of the MICE （Meetings, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibitions） industry in China, training of proficient MICE talents has attracted more and more attention. However, the training is being faced with many problems. There is a crying need for innovations and reforms in terms of training program design, curriculum system, teaching staff building, practice bases construction and industry guidance. To meet the demand of MICE industry, a lot of efforts need to be made. The contents of MICE courses should be selected according to professional standards; training or practice bases be built through college-enterprise cooperation; multi-level well- qualified teaching staff be developed; industry-academy cooperation alliance be set up and mechanism of industry guidance be established for specialty construction and talents training.
