印尼新总统佐科的海洋强国梦及其海洋经济发展战略试析

印尼新任总统佐科·维多多在国际和国内不同场合多次表示,印尼具备发展海洋经济的巨大潜力,要通过建设"海上高速公路",将印尼打造成海洋强国,这已成为印尼新的国家战略。为此,新政府多措并举发展海洋经济、打造海洋强国,但印尼要实现这一目标面临多方面的挑战。印尼建设海洋强国理念和中国提出的建设21世纪海上丝绸之路倡议高度契合,双方可以积极开展合作,实现中国建设"21世纪海上丝绸之路"倡议同印尼打造"海洋强国"战略的对接和融合。

Therefore, the new gov- ernment took a series of measures to develop the marine economy, but to achieve this goal, Indonesia also faces many chal- lenges. Indonesia＇s ＂Marine Power＂ idea and China＇s ＂the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road＂ initiative highly fit, the two sides can actively cooperate to realize the docking and fusion between China＇s ＂the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road＂ initia- tive and Indonesia＇s ＂Marine Power＂ strategy.
