摘要
以3-氯-2-甲基丙烯和氨基钠为原料,无水四氢呋喃为溶剂,在氩气保护下反应制备1-MCP钠盐。探究3-氯-2-甲基丙烯与氨基钠的配比,以及3-氯-2-甲基丙烯滴加速度对1-甲基环丙烯钠盐合成的影响。实验结果表明,在氨基钠与3-氯-2-甲基丙烯的物质的量之比为0.8,3-氯-2-甲基丙烯滴加速度为每秒一滴,反应溶剂为四氢呋喃,反应回流温度为160~180℃,回流时间4h的条件下,1-甲基环丙烯钠盐的产率可达78%。
3-chloro-2-methyl-propylene and sodium amide are used as raw materials,anhydrous tetrahydrofuran as solvent,the preparation of 1-MCP sodium salt is reacted under argon protection.Compare the ratio of the 3-chloro-2-methylpropylene to sodium amide,and the effects of dropping speed of 3-chloro-2-methyl-propylene to 1-MCP sodium salt are studied.The experimental results show that,the amount of substance ratio of 3-chloro-2-methyl-propene with sodium amide is 0.8,the dropping rate of 3-chloro-2-methyl-propylene is one drop per second,the solvent is tetrahydrofuran,the reaction reflux temperature is at 160~180 ℃,and the reflow time is 4 hours,the yield of 1-MCP sodium salt is 78%.
