摘要
结合当前工业机器人在实际生产中的应用,针对2015年全国职业院校技能大赛——工业机器人技术应用赛项,对分拣机器人系统的软硬件系统、调试步骤以及一些故障作了较为详细的说明和分析。重点阐述了工业机器人、S7-1215C PLC和信捷视觉系统之间的通讯、视觉检测软件的流程编辑等关键技术,有利于增强机器人系统的应用实践能力,并为技能大赛选手提供一些学习帮助。
According to 2015 national vocational skills competition of the industrial application on the robot technology competition, combined with the application of industrial robot in the actual production, the hardware and software system of competition equipment, debugging steps and some faults are made detailed description and analysis. It focuses on the key technology including communications among the industrial robots, S7-1215C PLC and Xinjie visual system, visual detection software editing process. It is conducive to enhance the robot system of practical ability and provide some help in learning for Competitor.
