高职院校创新创业教育模式研究——基于创业效能感理论

Study on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Patterns in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the Theory of Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy

创业效能感的高低直接影响学生的创新创业意向和创业成功率。高职院校在进行创新创业教育时,应注重培养学生的创业效能感。文章总结了目前高职院校的创新创业教育的四种教育形式,发现创新创业教育存在重模拟轻创业、创业项目科技含量低、创新项目转化率低、创新创业教育对象范围小等问题。根据创业效能感的形成因素,文章提出了高职院校创新创业教育培养和提升学生创业效能感的具体途径:意识唤醒、环境营造和反复实践。

The level of entrepreneurial self-efficacy directly influences students; innovative entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial success rate. Therefore, higher vocational colleges should pay more attention to cultivate students＂ entrepreneurial self-efficacy. This paper summarizes four kinds of education forms of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges, found that innovation and entrepreneurship education has problems such as focusing on the simulation of entrepreneurship, ignoring the actual business, low technological content of business projects, low conversion rate of innovation projects, small- scale of innovation and entrepreneurship education target. According to the formation of entrepreneurial self- efficacy factors, this paper also puts forward the concrete way of innovation and entrepreneurship education to cultivate and enhance students＂ entrepreneurial self-efficacy in waking up creative consciousness, creating a harmonious business environment and hands-on training in entrepreneurship.
