峨眉含笑精油提取工艺研究

Study on Extraction Process of Essential Oil from Michelia Wilsonii Finet et Gagn

采用单因素和正交试验相结合的方法对峨眉含笑精油提取工艺进行了研究,得出最佳工艺参数为:蒸馏时间5h,蒸馏速度为35m L/h,料液比9︰1。各因素影响峨眉含笑精油提取的顺序为:蒸馏速度>蒸馏时间>料液比,最佳工艺下峨眉含笑出油率为0.66%。本研究结果为峨眉含笑精油的提取工艺提供了技术参数。

This paper studied the extraction process of essential oil from Michelia wilsonii Finet et Gagn by using single factor and orthogonal test;the optimal technological parameters were obtained as follows： 5hours of distillation time,distillation rate was 35 m L/h,solid-liquid ratio（ML/g）was 9：1. The order of the influencing significance of the parameters tested was：distilling speed distilling time solid-liquid ratio.The yield of oil was 0.66% under optimum conditions. The results provide the technique parameter for natural essential oil extraction,and lay the foundation for the full utilization of Michelia wilsonii Finet et Gagn resource and industrialization production of Michelia wilsonii Finet et Gagn essential oil.
