转型期的地方本科高校面临应用型人才培养的问题,"互联网+"时代,计算机网络技术和移动通信技术的迅速发展,给远程教育和开放教育的发展提供了物质基础。虽然在线教育的各种模式都有一定的局限,但还是成为一种不可逆转的趋势并给地方本科高校带来了一次利用互联网技术推进教学改革,汇聚和共享多方优质教学资源等提升办学水平的机遇。通过对当下流行的教学模式的研究,得出了明晰理念、建设硬件及充分利用在线资源改革教学模式提升地方本科高校工程类应用型人才培养质量的启示。

The undergraduate colleges and univer sities face the challenge of the cultivation of applied talents in the transformation period. In the ＂Internet Plus＂era,the rapid development of computer network technology and mobile communication technology provide the material basis for the development of distance education and open education. Although online education has some limitations,it has become an irreversible trend,bringing an opportunity for local colleges and universities to promote the teaching reform of the Internet,and to improve and share the quality of teaching resources. Based on the research of the current popular teaching mode,several proposals such as the revelation of the concept,construction of hardware platform and the full use of online resources for reforming the teaching mode are proposed to improve the training of application-oriented talents in engineering major in the newly-established colleges and universities.
