中小学教师专业伦理之缺失与重塑

摘要 古人曰,师者所以传道、授业、解惑。按照当今教育理论,教师的职责是教书育人、为人师表。教师的言行一旦超越了职业规范或行为准则,就会由小事变大事,由大事变难事,甚至是坏事。从"职业道德"到"专业道德"再到"专业伦理"凸显教师从其专业性到职业性的嬗变。当前,中小学教师专业伦理的种种缺失,不仅引发了社会的关注,也引起了学界的深思。文章基于教师专业伦理之蕴含,剖析教师专业伦理之缺失,旨在重塑和重构教师伦理规范、师德修养和资格制度,使教师成为学生行为的示范者和心灵的崇拜者。 As the ancient said,teachers are the persons who transmit wisdom,impart knowledge and resolve doubts. According to the current educational theories,teachers' duties are imparting knowledge and educating people and being models of virtue for others. Once teachers' words and deeds are beyond their job specification or conduct-code,many things will be changed from trivial incident events into big incident,or even bad things. Teachers who are from vocational ethics to professional morals and to professional ethics highlight their evolution from profession to vocation. At present,the deficiencies of professional ethics for teachers in primary and middle schools not only caused the attention of the people,but also the thinking of the academic circles. This paper,based on the research of teachers' professional ethics,analyzes the problems of professional ethics of teachers in primary and middle schools,aiming to reshape and reconstruct teachers' ethical norms,moral cultivations and qualification systems.
