乐山市基础教育需求与师范教育发展研究

摘要 通过对乐山市各区市县教育主管部门和学校开展问卷调查和实地走访,了解近五年乐山市基础教育教师需求情况和乐山师院毕业生质量情况。通过整理分析得出:乐山市近五年基础教育师资需求总量较大,师资缺口主要表现在中小学主干学科和学前教育。乐山师院毕业生就业质量方面表现出:毕业生在乐山市公招教师招考中录取比例呈下降趋势,师范生的职业能力素质不高,就业核心竞争力不强。针对问题提出了增强教师职业认同感教育、强化师范实践技能环节训练、建立多层次师范教育体系和加强师范生教师公招指导等解决办法。 By carrying out a questionnaire survey and field visits to education departments and schools in Leshan downtown and county,and understanding the demand for teachers in basic education in Leshan and quality of graduates of Leshan Normal University for nearly five years,this paper concludes that: the total demand for basic education teacher in Leshan has increased in the last five years,and the most needed teachers are mainly reflected in the primary and middle school and pre-school education. The quality of employment of our school graduate shows that: The admission rate of graduates participated in teacher recruitment in Leshan shows a downward trend,normal students occupation ability is not high,and the employment core competitiveness is not strong. To solve these problems,the paper puts forward some solutions to enhance the teachers' professional identity education,strengthen the training of practical skills,and establish a multi-level normal education system and reinforce the guidance for students in teacher rescruitment.
