盐酸多巴胺注射液与注射用托拉塞米的配伍稳定性考察

Stability of Dopamine Hydrochloride Injection Mixed with Torasemide for Injection

目的:考察盐酸多巴胺注射液与注射用托拉塞米的配伍稳定性。方法:采用液相色谱法,对盐酸多巴胺注射液与注射用托拉塞米的配伍液进行定性和定量分析,考察其配伍液的稳定性变化。结果:两种药物混合后出现颜色变化;注射用托拉塞米峰面积响应值未见明显变化,而盐酸多巴胺峰面积响应值明显下降,提示盐酸多巴胺可能发生了化学反应。结论:在治疗顽固性心衰时,虽然托拉塞米与盐酸多巴胺联用有较好的疗效,但在应用时应注意两药存在配伍禁忌,避免在同一静脉通道内静脉滴注。

Objective： To study the stability of dopamine hydrochloride injection mixed with torasemide for injection, Methods： By liquid chromatography, dopamine hydrochloride injection and compatible with torasemide solution were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. Results： After few hours, the colour of mixture was changed. The area of torasemide had no significant change, but the area of dopamine significantly decreased .Thus we consider that do- pamine may produce some chemical reactions. Conclusion： Although in the treatment of intractable heart failure, com- bining torasemide with dopamine always brings good result, we should pay attention to the incompatibility, So we should avoid using them at the same time and in the same vein channel.
