对高校青年体育教师教学基本功大赛的追踪分析 被引量:5

摘要 为全面推进素质教育,切实提高高校青年体育教师的综合业务素质,促进高校体育教学、科研的广泛交流,运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、数理统计法对天津市高校青年体育教师教学基本功大赛的经验与不足进行了总结与分析。结果表明:基本功大赛受竞赛规程影响,参赛院校和参赛人数有所下降,参赛项目设置、评分标准有待进一步完善;近两届比赛总成绩、讲师与助教说课成绩差异非常显著(P<0.01),女子组五项成绩均高于男子组但参赛人数比例偏低;总成绩与说课、主项、副项成绩高度相关,与其它成绩低度相关。建议天津市借鉴山东、陕西、云南等省大赛举办的成功经验,力争为创办首届全国高校基本功大赛提供可以借鉴的框架平台。 In order to comprehensively promote quality education,improve young P. E. teachers' comprehensive professional quality,accelerate the extensive communication in sports teaching and research in colleges and universities,the present study looked at the Basic Teaching skills Competition for Young Physical Education Teachers in College in Tianjin,using literature searches,expert interviews and mathematical statistics. The results showed that the number of participating colleges and universities and participants declined due to the influence of the competition rules,and that the item setting and marking criteria need to be further improved. The difference in the total score and the"lesson plan speaking"scores of lectures and assistants between the past two competitions was significant( P 0. 01). Female teachers scored higher than their male counterparts in the five items,but with a low participation. The total score was in high correlation with the score for"lesson plan speaking",major items and minor items,but in low correlation with the other scores. This paper suggests that Tianjin should draw inspirations from successful competitions in Shandong,Shanxi,Yunnan and other provinces and accumulate information for the holding of the First National Competition for Young P. E. Teachers in College.
