举国体制创新与职业体育改革的互动研究

Research on the Interaction between Innovative Development of the National Sports System and Professional Sports Reform

运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等方法,通过对"举国体制"内涵的重新审视,对"举国体制"创新发展与职业体育改革之间的互动元素进行分析,认为我国只有抓住"举国体制"的本质,使其与时俱进、不断创新发展,才能持续成为竞技体育发展的推手,而职业体育改革为"举国体制"创新发展提出了诸多新要求,"举国体制"的创新发展也能够为职业体育改革提供多方面的保障条件。

Using methods of documentation and logic analysis,this paper takes a new look at the content of＂the national sports system ＂and analyzes the interactive elements between the innovative development of the＂national sports system＂and professional sports reform. It argues that our country should grasp the essence of ＂the national sports system＂,and constantly innovate and develop it by keeping pace with the times. Only by doing so can it provide a pushing power to the development of competitive sports. Whereas professional sports reform raises many new requirements for the innovative development of the ＂national sports system＂,the latter can also provide beneficial developing conditions for the former.
