摘要
翻转课堂是各高校普遍关注的教学课题,微课作为一种新型的教学方式,对翻转课堂的实施有着有效的促进作用。通过对高校食品专业的教学现状进行调研,发现了传统教学模式存在的问题,讨论了微课与翻转课堂的关系,探索了基于微课的翻转课堂在高校食品专业教学中的应用,旨在为高校食品专业教学改革提供参考。
Recently,flipped classroom has become a focus in the teaching of food specialty. As a new type of teaching mode,Micro course has promoting impact on the implementation of the flipped classroom. Through the research on the present situation of food specialty in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the traditional teaching mode and explores the application of the flipped classroom based on the Micro course in the teaching of food specialty in colleges and universities.
