摘要
高校第二课堂艺术教育是全面贯彻党的教育方针、全面实施素质教育的根本要求,是促进学生全面发展的重要途径。采用实地调研、深度访谈等质性研究方法,基于对河南工业大学的案例研究,剖析了高校第二课堂艺术教育的管理机制创新问题。通过对其"一二三四五六"管理机制的详细梳理,为高校第二课堂艺术教育管理树立了良好的标杆。
The second classroom Art Education in colleges universities is the basic requirement for carrying out the party' s education policy and comprehensively implementing quality education,and it is an important way to promote students' all-round development. The paper uses qualitative research methods such as field research,in-depth interviews and so on,to analyze the innovation in management mechanism of the second classroom Art Education in colleges universities based on the case study of Henan University of Technology. The detailed analysis of its "one two three four five six"management mechanism sets a good benchmark for the second classroom Art Education management in colleges universities.
