嗜酸乳杆菌对生长期貉体重增长的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为探究饲料中添加不同浓度水平嗜酸乳杆菌(Lactobacillus acidophilus)对生长期貉体重增长的影响,将112只60日龄体重相近的断乳幼貉分为4组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加0.05%,0.1%,0.2%的嗜酸乳杆菌(占湿料鲜重百分比),进行为期50 d的饲养试验,每10 d测量一次空腹体重。结果表明:添加0.2%的嗜酸乳杆菌试验组的日增重显著高于对照组(P0.2%=0.001,P<0.01),添加0.05%和0.1%嗜酸乳杆菌的试验组与对照组差异不显著(P0.05%=0.450,P0.1%=0.114,P>0.05),表明添加适量的嗜酸乳杆菌对貉的生长有促进作用。 To explore the impact of different levels of dietary concentrations with lactobacilli acidophilus on body weight gain of growing raccoons,112 raccoon dogs of 60 day old were randomly assigned to 4 treatments. The control group was fed the basal diet. The three experimental groups were fed the same basal diet supplemented with 0. 05%,0. 1% and 0. 2% Lactobacillus acidophilus( including wet material percentage). The feeding experiment lasted for 50 days. Fasting body weight of animals was measured in every 10 days. The result showed that average daily weight gain of the adding 0. 2% Lactobacillus acidophilus group was significantly higher than that of the control group( P0. 2%= 0. 001,P〉 0. 01). Compared with the addition of 0. 05% and 0. 1% Lactobacillus acidophilus groups with the control group,the difference was not significant( P0. 05%= 0. 450,P0. 1%=0. 114,P〉 0. 05). This indicates that adding an appropriate amount of Lactobacillus acidophilus has a positive effect for the growth of raccoon dogs.
