摘要
患者,女,57岁。既往系统性红斑狼疮病史18a。躯干出现片状红斑、鳞屑瘙痒3a。经口服伊曲康唑,硝酸舍他康唑乳膏外用治疗体癣,以及点阵激光联合硝酸舍他康唑乳膏封包治疗甲癣9周后痊愈,复查真菌阴性。
A 57 years old woman with 18 years long systemic lupus erythema history had developed erythema and scales with itching for 3years.Fungus microscope examination disclosed mycelium and fungus culture indicated the Trichophyton rubrum.The patient was treated by oral itraconazole capsules and topical Sertaconazole Nitrate Cream to tinea corporis,and topical Sertaconazole Nitrate Cream following CO2 fractional laser treating to onychomycosis.The lesions resolved with negative fungal check after continuous treatment for 9weeks to tinea corporis and 9weeks to onychomycosis,respectively.
