摘要
基于Matlab/Simulink仿真软件,对核动力装置功率控制系统进行建模;以减少动态过程中控制棒行程和提高控制品质为目标,提出了变参数PID控制算法,通过在不同的功率水平下自适应地调整控制器参数,对反应堆功率调节系统进行优化设计;通过与核动力装置主回路热工水力模型相连接,对控制算法的控制效果进行仿真分析,结果表明该方法能够在反应堆不同功率水平下均取得较好的跟踪调节性能,可减少控制棒行程和磨损,对反应堆功率调节系统的改进具有参考价值。
Based on the simulation software Matlab / Simulink,the nuclear power plant power control system modeling was processed. In order to reduce control rod travel and improve the control quality in the dynamic process,the variable parameter PID control algorithm was proposed,and the reactor power control system was optimized through adjusting the parameters of the controller adaptively under different power levels. With the connection of circuit device and nuclear thermal hydraulic model,the control effect of algorithm was simulated. The results show that the method can be used to track both in the reactor of different power levels adjustment with well performance and can reduce the control rod travel and wear,which has the reference value to improve the reactor power regulating system.
