密封盖板焊接裂纹分析

Analysis on Sealing Cover Welding Crack

某型舰炮密封盖其在使用过程中主要起密封和观察作用,常使用焊接工艺进行连接,但在执行焊接工艺时可能会出现裂纹的现象。为了解决该问题,着重分析了焊接工艺中裂纹现象,从材料的焊接性能、零件状态和焊接流程等方面分析裂纹产生的机理,提出了改进要求,成功解决了焊接裂纹的问题,避免在生产和使用中出现类似情况,保证了产品的质量。

In the use of the process,the naval gun＇s sealing cover has the main function of sealing and observation and is often used in welding technology to connection,but welding cracks may occurred in the this process. In order to solve this problem,this paper analyzed the cause of crack through welding performance,part state and welding process. At last,the improvement design of welding technology was raised,which successfully solved the problem of welding crack. The similar phenomenon was avoid in the production and using process,which ensureed the quality of the production.
