摘要
针对钨合金极为稳定的动态塑性变形性能,而用于动能穿甲弹材料,提出钨合金穿甲弹芯材料强化技术及弹芯材料技术;发展新型钨合金复合材料,取代贫铀合金,开发性能与贫铀合金相同甚至超过贫铀合金的钨合金材料,是当前穿甲弹芯技术的重要方向;重点发展纳米钨合金弹芯、非晶态基体钨丝复合材料和单晶或钨晶须增强复合材料弹芯材料等。
For the dynamic plastic deformation properties of tungsten alloy which is used in the kinetic energy projectile,the strengthening technology and the technology of piercing projectile core material were presented. Development of new type of tungsten alloy composite,replacing depleted uranium alloy,development performance tungsten alloy material and the same or even more than depleted uranium alloy are the important directions of the current. This paper focused on the development of nano tungsten alloy penetrator,non crystalline tungsten matrix composite and single crystal or tungsten whisker should reinforce composite of projectile core materials.
