基于CFD的溢流染色机J形储布槽流场分析

摘要 建立溢流染色机的数字样机,借助计算流体动力学仿真软件,针对J形储布槽进行流场模拟仿真分析。结果表明:J形储布槽入口压强、流速分布较为均匀稳定;折弯处上边沿压强低、流速快、温度较低,下边沿压强高、流速低、温度较高,同时为溢流染色机的J形储布槽结构设计及优化提供理论参考。 The digital prototype of overflow dyeing machine is established.The field simulation analysis of J-shaped storage cloth tank is used with the CFD simulation software.The results showed that:The velocity distribution and pressure distribution of J-shaped storage cloth tank inlet is uniform and stable;the character of upper edge of the bend area is low pressure,fast flow rate,low temperature,and the character of under edge of the bend area is high pressure,low flow rate,high temperature. It provides theoretical references for J-shaped storage cloth tank structure design and optimization of overflow dyeing machine.
