摘要
全球经济刺激了市场竞争,产品的客户需求越来越个性化,种类和市场的生命周期增加。为了获取和保持竞争优势,制造企业需要一种既具有规模化生产的经济效益,又能快速适应动态多变的制造环境的制造系统,而可重构制造系统是满足这一需求的有效途径。铁塔建设受电气尺寸的塔头,结构强度优化等因素的影响,使原有的塔楼结构设计非常大,很难达到技术水平的绝对精度设计,因此很难在现实中实现针对某一具体项目。依据塔的形状特点,利用可重构制造系统能高效优化铁塔构型,对提高设计典型塔楼的设计质量具有重要作用,同时也有利于推进输电线路建设。
The global economy has stimulated the market competition,the customer demand for the product is becoming more and more individual,the life cycle of the product and the market increases. In order to obtain and maintain the competitive advantage,manufacturing enterprises need a kind of economic benefits of scale production,and can quickly adapt to the dynamic and changeable manufacturing environment. The reconfigurable manufacturing system is an effective way to meet this demand. Tower construction due to many factors,such as the electrical size of the tower head,structural strength optimization and other factors make the original tower structure design is very large,and now it is difficult to achieve the absolute accuracy of the design,it is difficult to achieve in reality for a specific project characteristics. According to the shape of the tower,the use of reconfigurable manufacturing system can optimize the structure of the tower,which is very important for improving the design quality of the typical tower.
