摘要
某电厂300WM机组磨煤机油站控制柜电控系统设计复杂且不合理,导致在运行中多次发生故障而引起磨煤机跳闸,严重时威胁机组的稳定运行。针对这些问题,对磨煤机油站电控系统进行优化改进,现场实施后取得了良好的运行效果。
The unreasonable design of Coal mill station control system of 2x300 MW generation mill petrol stations leads to repeated failure,which caused a tripped coal mill,threatening the stability when serious. To solve these problems,the electronic control system has been optimized,achieving good results after the on site use.
