串行通信技术在发酵搅拌机变频调速控制系统中的应用

Application of Serial Communication Technolog in Frequency Conversion and Speed Regulator of Fermentation Blender Control System

本文首先介绍发酵用搅拌机工作特性,提出一种基于串行通信技术的发酵搅拌机变频调速闭环控制系统设计方案,然后阐述变频器串行通信设置方法,利用VC++平台,使用MSComm控件编程完成计算机串行通信控制变频器,实现搅拌机闭环调速。

This paper first introduce performance of fermentation blender,then put forward a design scheme of closedloop control system of frequency conversion and speed regulator in fermentation blender base on serial communication technolog,then expounds the serial communication setting method of Inverter,complete computer control inverter using MSComm through the vc＋＋ platform,finally realize blender speed closed-loop control.
