The Influence of ATF Quality on AT Operating Performance

ATF作为自动变速器的重要组成部分,它的优劣直接关系到自动变速器甚至整车的使用性能。由于ATF工作环境特殊,因而对ATF的品质提出较高的要求,要求其有适当的粘度、良好的热氧化性、良好的摩擦性能、良好的抗泡沫性等。使用过程中需严格按照规定选用ATF,并定期检查,否则将引起自动变速器故障。

ATF is important composition part of AT,and it affects the AT or vehicle performance whether good or not. As to the special working conditions,the quality of ATF is required highly including the proper viscous characteristic,good oxidation resistance,good friction characteristic,good foam resistance and so on. In course of usage,ATF is chosen and used according to the strict regulations,and then to be kept regular inspections,or AT will be gotten fault.
