During upgrading,reconstruction and expansion of the existing buildings or prolonging the service life of the buildings,in view of needs in different individualized service period of architecture,the load evaluation in structural analysis and seismic dynamic parameters simplifying calculation methods were given,and detailed descriptions were given through a project example.
