摘要
目的研究人体心率变异和脑波指标在渐增着装皮肤压下的变化,探讨着装皮肤压物理量与人体生理指标之间的内在联系,从生理学角度客观确定着装皮肤压舒适阈值。方法设计生理反馈实验,通过实验腹带先后在8位年轻健康女性的腹凸和腰侧部位施加渐增的9个等级的皮肤压,记录每个皮肤压力级别下受试者的心率变异和脑波指标变化。结果当腹凸部位着装皮肤压达到12 mm Hg时,与零皮肤压状态相比,HRV和EEG指标均呈现显著性差异,当腰侧部位着装皮肤压达到18 mm Hg时,与零皮肤压状态相比,HRV和EEG指标均呈现显著性差异。结论表明为了降低着装皮肤压对女性健康的影响,女性腹凸部位着装皮肤压的舒适阈值不应超过12 mm Hg,腰侧部位着装皮肤压的舒适阈值不应超过18 mm Hg。
Objective The research aimed to investigate the significant effect of incremental skin pressure on the females' heart rate variability (HRV) and electroencephalogram (EEG) activity, and further objectively evaluate the comfort threshold of skin pressure physiologically. Methods Eight healthy young females were ehosen as the subjects. The skin pressure by the experimental cuff was exerted on the lower abdomen and lateral waist. HRV and EEG signals of each subject were collected and recorded during 9 kinds of skin pressure. Results When the skin pressure exerted on the lower abdomen was up to 12 mmHg, significant differences were shown for both HRV index and EEG index, compared with zero skin pressure. And when the skin pressure exerted on the lateral waist was up to 18mmHg, significant differences were shown for HRV and EEG index. Condusion Results showed that the skin pressure should be less than 12mmHg on the lower abdomen and less than 18mmHg on the lateral waist in order to lessen the negative effect on the female's health
