组织长期导向研究进展与述评 被引量:1

摘要 基于国内外的相关文献研究,本研究系统梳理了长期导向的内涵及其所包含的维度,总结了有关长期导向的测量工具,并通过已有的研究成果阐释了长期导向的影响因素,以及长期导向与组织行为、绩效之间的关系。针对当前研究存在的不足,本研究指出未来应从长期导向的测量工具、长期导向的前置因素、长期导向影响组织绩效的调节和中介变量方面,以及采用追踪数据等展开研究。
