摘要 在阐明铅酸蓄电池劣化及其修复技术的基础上,通过整合相关研究成果的特点,开发了集脉冲除硫→均衡充电→检测保护的三阶段蓄电池维护技术、多路输出分时循环除硫工作机制,以及集蓄电池网络化实时监控功能于一身的蓄电池智能在线维护监控管理系统。通过实际应用验证表明,该系统实现了蓄电池的网络化统一管理、电池性能准确甄别和蓄电池在线除硫维护等功能,其技术指标达到了预期的目标值,满足了现场运行需求。 On the basis of expounding the lead- acid battery deterioration and restoration technology,through the integration of the relevant research results,this paper developed pulse sets in addition to sulfur,equalizing charge detection and protection of three- phase accumulator maintenance technology,multi- channel output cycle in addition to the working mechanism of sulfur,and battery network of real- time monitoring function in a body of the intelligent battery online monitoring and maintenance management system. The practical application shows that this system realizes network unified management of battery,accurate discrimination of battery performance and battery online desulphurization,which make the technological index reach the target value,meeting the requirement of onsite operation.
