Stakeholders' Game Analysis of Transboundary Water Pollution and Control

通过构建跨区域水污染防治的3个相邻地区博弈模型及区域内水污染防治的政府监管与排污企业博弈模型,深入分析了流域水污染防治各利益主体的博弈及最优策略选择,提出建立流域水污染物排放总量控制与分配机制、流域水污染防治的公众参与制度和长效环境经济政策,加强流域水污染防治。

This paper constructs a game model of interregional water pollution prevention and control of three adjacent regions and a game model of regional water pollution prevention and control for government regulat and sewage enterprises,It analyses the optimal strategie the stakeholders of transboundary water pollution control by using game theory method,Then it makes following suggestions: establishing total control allocation mechanism of regional water pollutant,setting public participation mechanism of transboundary wa pollution and control system and long-term environmen and economic policies.
