摘要
教练技术是一门个人和组织潜能开发技术,它和通识教育本质相通,二者都试图通过对人本体的探索、觉察、发现,来实现精神的通融或人事的通达。教练技术有坚实的理论基础和可靠的实践操作流程,能够在"术"的层面,为通识教育提供策略和技巧,加强高校通识氛围,促进教育工作者深刻理解通识精神,逐渐深化通识底蕴。总之,将教练技术应用于高校通识教育是可行的。
Coaching technology aims to develop individual and organizational potentials. Both coaching technology and general education are trying to explore and find the human body to fulfill spirit accommodation or personnel access. Coaching technology has a solid theoretical basis and practical and reliable operating procedures, so it can provide strategies and techniques for the general education to enhance the atmosphere of general education, promote a deeper understanding of the educators＇ spirit and gradually deepen the foundation. Therefore, it is feasible to apply coaching technology to general education in universities.
