论高职本科的本质及发展对策

Essence and Development Strategies of Higher Vocational Undergraduate Education

发展高职本科是我国发展高等职业教育,培养高层次技术技能型人才的必然要求。针对目前应用型本科和高职本科定位的争议,提出高职本科的本质是职业教育,是应用型本科一个重要组成部分。高职本科教育的主要目标是培养复合型、高新型技术技能人才。发展高职本科,应科学规划,引入市场竞争机制,充分利用现有教育资源,调动本科院校和高职院校各方的积极性。

Developing higher vocational undergraduate education is the inevitable demand of developing high- er vocational education and training high-level technical talents. Aiming at the current disputes between ap- plied undergraduate and higher vocational undergraduate education, this paper points out that the essence of higher vocational undergraduate education is career education, which is an important component of applied undergraduate education. The main objective of higher vocational undergraduate education is to cultivate mixed and advanced technical talents. To develop the higher vocational undergraduate education, scientific planning and the introduction of market competition mechanism should be carried out; the existing educational resources should also be utilized fully to attract the higher vocational institions and undergraduate institutions.
