摘要
通过问卷调查分析现行的大学生创业素质培养机制中存在的不足,提出基于SYB思想分别对大学生进行市场识别阶段、创办企业阶段、管理企业阶段的创业素质培训,并建立合理的评价指标体系,旨在为构建合理的培养机制提供新的思考。
By analyzing the existing problems of the college students＇ entrepreneurial quality training mecha- nism via questionnaire investigation, and based on SYB thought, this paper proposes a new training mecha- nism with the stages of market recognition, enterprise establishment, and enterprise management. Meanwhile, it puts forward the establishment of a reasonable evaluation index system, aiming to provide a new thinking for the construction of a reasonable training mechanism.
