摘要
为避免传统连墙件施工时开洞引起渗水、拆除时电焊切割引发火灾、重复加工浪费材料等方面的不足,对传统连墙件技术进行改进,开发了一种新型的U型连墙件;以工程所在地B类、C类地形为例,核验不同高度处U型连墙件的强度和稳定性,并分别计算出单、双排脚手架连墙件的最大覆盖面积及连墙件个数,分析结果及工程实践验证了脚手架U型连墙件对实际工程的有效性和推广价值。
In order to solve the problem of the traditional wall connecting piece construction openings caused by water seepage, removal of welding cutting caused by fire, repetitive processing waste materials, improve the traditional wall connecting technology, the author develops a new U-shaped wall connecting piece. Taking the engineering location B and C type terrain as an example, the paper calculates the strength and stability of the U-shaped wall connecting piece at different height respectively, and calculates the maximum overburden cov- er area and even the number of the wall connecting pieces for single and double scaffolding. The analysis re- suits and engineering practice show the effectiveness and promotion value of the U-shaped wall connecting piece for the actual project.
