摘要
针对小球滚动控制系统的要求,选用STC系列微处理器为核心,以步进电机为执行机构,采用光电传感器进行小球位置检测;经LM393对接收管信号进行调理,采用ADXL345角度传感器进行导轨角度检测,并自制两端限位检测装置;系统采用闭环反馈控制,以提高控制的精度及稳定性。测试结果表明,系统性能稳定,反应灵敏,达到并超过设计指标。
According to the requirements of ball rolling control system, the STC series microprocessor is se- lected as the core; the stepper motor is used as the actuator; the photoelectric sensor is used to measure the ball position and the signal is conditioned by LM393. The ADXL345 is used to guide angle detection and make limit detection device at both ends. The system uses closed-loop feedback control to improve the control precision and stability. The test results show that the system has stable performance and sensitive reaction, which meets and goes beyond the design requirements.
