摘要 面向药学服务培养高端技能型适岗人才,成为近几年高职药学教学改革的重点课题。按药学服务职业技能和素养养成规律对实践教学体系作系统化设计,通过搭建校企全程共育平台,建立了突显就业与实践教学关联度的循序渐进的"六站式"实践教学模式。并通过完善实践教学管理文本、建立严格的监管考核体系和反馈机制以及加强校企合作等措施来实现"六站式"实践教学。 Training of high skilled talents in the context of the pharmacy service has become a key project of teaching reform of vocational education of pharmacy. The authors made systematic design on practice teaching system according to the pharmacy service occupation skills and literacy disciplinarian, and set up gradual six-station practice teaching mode that showed the correlation between employment and practice teaching through college and enterprise platform. Six-tation practice teaching mode was realized by im- provement of management text of practice teaching, establishment of strict evaluation and regulation system and measures of cooperation between college and enterprise.
