高职院校继续教育的发展困境与改革趋势

当前高职院校继续教育发展面临诸多困境,如高职院校对继续教育的理念模糊不清、重视不够,继续教育生涯市场开发呈现被动性,教育服务呈现单一性,课程设置落后,师资力量短缺,教育质量较低,教育行政部门对继续教育管理不到位,教学质量缺少监控等。高职院校继续教育的改革发展需要更新教育观念,树立服务需求意识,建立校企合作的继续教育管理体制与运行机制,建立和实施多种继续教育模式,提高受教育者学习积极性,科学规划和发展,保障继续教育的质量。

The current development of further education in higher vocational colleges faces many difficulties, such as unclear educational concepts, outdated curriculum setting, lack of monitoring of teaching quality, and insignificant teaching effect. The reform and development for further education should update educational ideas, set up the consciousness of service, establish management and operation mechanism for college-enterprise cooperation, establish and implement a variety of further education modes, improve educatees’ learning enthusiasm, and guarantee the quality of furhter education.
